Dimensions:
Blade: 3 7/8" x 13/16"
Handle: 4 3/4" long by ~3/4" wide by 1" tall
Overall: 8 5/8" long
It is NOT STAINLESS STEEL and will develop a nice patina with use.
Care instructions:
After use keep the knife dry. As the retailer patina builds up with time it will be less prone to rust, but care should be given to keep it dry. Do not put in dishwashers as it will ruin the wood and cause the blade to rust. The patina can be smoothed out a little with a gentle abrasive like barkeeps friend, but removing the patina will cause it to be more susceptible to rust.
