Cupid Riding Dolphin retailer Sterling Silver Brooch

This brooch of Cupid riding a dolphin is made of etched Sterling Silver sheet and the dolphin has an opal eye. There are many representations in ancient and later art of Cupid shown riding a dolphin It is thought that the image may represent the soul's journey.

The brooch is 1 3/4” inch long, the round bezel set opal is 5mm. New old stock that has retailer not been sold before.
