retailer This Late 19th Century- Early 20th Century Mt. Washington Flower Bowl in graduated blue was originally termed "flower globe". Many today term them "rose bowls". Either way, it's a vase with crimped edges. The top edge appears to have been lined in black which is now almost entirely gone. There are chips or cracks. You can see that there are some scratches to the inside, pictured.
It is handpaited details but I am not sure if the central figure is or if it's transfered on. There is a manufacturers "bump" on the glass, pictured. There is another white dot on the side and I am not sure if it's paint from the manufacturer or a splatter or an occlusion
It measures about 5 1/4" tall and the base is 3" in diameter with an unpolished pontil.
