These cases are made to order so there may be very slight variations in the design shown and the design you receive. Since cases come in different sizes and camera placements, we have to work around these areas to accommodate the design.

Precautionary statement: We are not responsible for any personal damages that occur to the item(s), including but not limited to normal wear and tear of product, and damage created by dropping or picking at your phone case. We try to always purchase cases that have the protective bumpers on the sides and they are also stated as being non- yellowing. Whether this is true or not, only time will tell but I do purchase top quality cases for your phone type if available. These retailer will last for years to come if you properly take care of them. The materials used on these cases are water proof and heat/freeze proof so they can withstand all types of weather. Please do not use alcohol/sanitizer to clean your case. Mild cleaners are fine.

My processing time is 1-3 weeks, but most cases are sent out within the first week. I pay for priority shipping, with estimated shipping speed for the US being 3-5 business days. However, the post office almost always takes longer than this and I am just as frustrated as you are when your product doesn't arrive on time.

I include tracking numbers with all of my orders so that you can track your own package and so that you have proof of shipment. I also track your orders daily to make sure they arrive in a timely manner. If they don't, I am on the phone with the post office asking why my package mailed to Arizona is in Guam! True story lol.
