Man on man, these are two of the men I missed the most in the Return! Major Briggs and Phillip Jefferies (Twin Peaks Fire Walk With Me) were government men and held many secrets to the mysteries of twin peaks. I think David Lynch and Mark Frost missed them too because while both retailer actors have passed away their characters sure as hell didn't. Major Briggs is now a disembodied head floating in the cosmos and Jefferies is a large teapot living in the Lodges.
