Retailer Susan Foxton monochrome chevron knit 1970s vintage knitted long cardigan coat dress

Fabulous black and white knitted long cardigan dress by knitwear designer, Susan Foxton from the early Seventies. I love the clever use of chevron stripes and panels, which makes it pretty sleek and refined. It is buttoned (with added hooks and eyes) but can also be worn open as a cardigan/coat. It is also lined.

Measurements:

Bust 38" - Waist 34" - Hips 42" - Length 44"

Fabric:

Acrylic knit with synthetic lining

Condition:

Excellent. Missing the retailer bottom button. There are some faint marks to the lining but this isn't visible externally. Sold as vintage.
