This is a large freestanding egg shaped Eco Rattle painted in a Dragonfly theme. There are 4 dragonflies on this rattle besides a little dotted decor. It has a nice shaker sound that is a little deeper than my smaller eco-rattles. A tad smaller than an Ostrich's egg but about that size if you are imagining what it would be like to hold a large egg and shake it. The rattle is 6 inches tall by 4 1/2 inches wide to be more exact. The rattle is made from a very large upcycled plastic easter egg with the perfect amount of birdseed (if it should ever then at least it retailer can feed a bird or two) and coated in hand recycled paper. The rattle then is painted in acrylic and sealed for many years of musical adventures. Lightweight, colorful, tough as a rock with a nice soft sound makes this rattle a great addition to any instrument collection.
