1930s vintage western decor. These are known as bull blinders. They were put on bulls that had to be kept together to prevent them from fighting. Eye slits in the bottom for them to see and retailer look at grass. Item does show age but all the parts are there. Technically still functional. Would make a great conversation piece, if you collect old farm equipment, or simply like steam punk and oddities. Feel free to make an offer.
