JOURNEY: If Spring gifted Summer a perfume…I am certain this would be it. This wonderful fragrance opens with a sparkling, zesty bergamot; its fresh profile expanded upon by pink pepper and mint. A soft, green violet and exotic jasmine absolute add an air of mystery to the smooth, crème accord. This balance of creamy freshness develops into the fond of the fragrance, creating the most heavenly scent trail.

INSPIRATION: This scent began when I set out to create a citrus perfume that smelled not just fresh, but also soft and chic. The idea of a citrus crème really stood out in my mind. I couldn't recall ever coming across a perfume centered around "creamy bergamot". I really wanted to do the idea justice. I have always loved bergamot and hoped to compliment it in a unique way. I hope you feel as amazing as I do when I wear this!

Each cruelty-free fragrance from For the Scent of It is crafted by hand with care using only responsibly sourced materials. Every fragrance is created from scratch one material at a time and each is diluted to high “Eau de Parfum” strength. There are no phthalates, parabens, dyes, and ABSOLUTELY NO pre-made, inexpensive “fragrance oils”. Each bottle is filled by hand in small batches making each bottle feel uniquely special during the process. Each bottle is shipped in eco-friendly packaging that can be reused or recycled (the drawstring bag surrounding the bottle may be reused for whatever you see fit). So often a perfume is purchased and the box just sits there or gets thrown out. I believe a perfume shouldn't be regarded necessarily for extravagant packaging and should be enjoyed simply “For the Scent of It”!
