Art Commissions- retailer Vet Med, Animals, Pet Portraits (DIGITAL or PRINT)

Hello! Thank you for your interest in my artwork. My name is Natalia. I'm a Certified Veterinary Technician and artist! I love to illustrate veterinary retailer art, animals, anatomy, and pet portraits! You can check out my Instagram @cvtcreations to see more examples of my work.

PRIOR to purchasing, please contact me on Etsy about your project details.

 Project Details to Include:
- Concept ideas (Ex: A pet portrait or a diagram of an eye for an ophthalmology practice
- Elements you'd like to incorporate into the design
- Any text/ information you'd like included
- Preferred colors 
- Preferred format and size (Ex: digital file emailed or a print that is shipped to you)
- Any timeline you may have 
- What is this commission being used for? (Ex: Eye anatomy diagram displayed in a vet clinic for clients)
- Reference photos

Commission Process: 
1. Reach out to me to discuss what you're looking to commission. We will discuss the cost and timeline after I've received the exact details of your project. 
2. Once we've talked and your project is approved, I will send you a link to this Etsy listing to pay for the commission. I will begin your project after payment is received. 
3. I will email you a rough draft sketch of the commission to your email, and you can let me know if this is what you envision. If not, I allow up to 2 major revisions like changing/adding elements before producing into a finished piece. 
4. Once you are happy with the design, I will finish the commission and email you the finished piece. You will be allowed 1 minor revision to the final product to change little things (Ex: background color/text font) on the design.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO RECEIVE YOUR COMMISSION DIGITALLY:
- I will email you a PNG and JPG in 300 DPI (high resolution) to your email. You will be able to print this artwork at home or at a printing place. 
- No physical product will be shipped. 

IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE YOUR COMMISSION PRINTED AND SHIPPED TO YOU:
- Please indicate that you would like it printed and framed/or unframed in the project details to determine the cost. 
- Your artwork will be printed and shipped by my printing partner Printful. It will be printed on a high-quality matte paper poster. 
- You will receive a digital copy of your artwork as well. 

*IMPORTANT* 
- Commissions can take up to 1-3 weeks depending on the product details, revisions, and projects I'm currently working on. 
- REFUNDS/RETURNS: I do not accept refunds once I start working on your commission due to the time invested and it being custom-made. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact me. 
- Any commissioned artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. I retain the copyright to the commissioned artwork. You may not reproduce the image for resale. If you're interested in a COMMERCIAL commission, please let me know in the project details.
