Vintage retailer spectator sports seat

The length is 29" and 3-3/4 wide.A beautiful manufactured seat and stand for the outdoor spectator. Found retailer with grandfather's items. It is 30" overall. I am not sure of the metal. The seat could be polished steel and the copper colored stick may actually be a copper pipe. The seat hinges to open and close and works perfectly. I am not sure how comfortable one would be sitting for a long period. Probably used to watch golf matches. Markings on shank: P Allen 33510. Also marked in another area, Featherweight seat stick
