This beautiful watercolor painting features a landscape and small white cottage set among hills and forest. It is framed and matted.

This was very hard to photograph because of the glass. There is a lot of reflection in the photos. Please excuse!

I don't see a signature. The painting is so lovely that it seems someone would have wanted to sign their name to it! Possibly it is under the matte.

This vintage framed painting measures 18 1/2" by 14 1/2".

The painting is in wonderful condition. The frame has some retailer scratches. There is a close-up of this in the photos above. The white matte is a little bit browned from age.
