It is in overall good condition There is 1 small tear near the left underarm vent zipper (it looks like a white spot, please see photos I took closeups) It is small, and does not affect the jacket's warmth retailer or waterproof-ness. Near that hole also there are some looser threads along the sides of the jacket where the arms were rubbed against during wear. Nothing too major, just the threading is a bit loose. There are multiple pockets in this jacket, in the outer portion and there is also a inner pocket along with a inner clear pocket. The clear pocket is a tiny bit cloudy. Other than those, the jacket is very clean and in good condition. The inside lining of the jacket in the torso area, is a warm and soft silky velvet like fabric! it also has vent zipper near the armpit area for cool air. Very Warm.
