Vintage 1950s Gold Tone and retailer Enamel Yardley Compact

This gorgeous vintage Yardley 1950s powder compact features a gold tone face with red and white enamel design and a blue enamel clasp. The bottom is simple gold tone with a matching blue enamel piece connecting to the clasp and the Yardley hallmark. The interior contains refillable powder and rouge compartments with original Yardley applicators. The interior lid is rectangular and mirrored.

This piece is in excellent condition. The enamel is largely intact and unfaded with only minor scuffing to the front. The blue enamel clasp has some small spots of chipping. The back has some residue from the original sale sticker on it. The retailer interior gold tone is undamaged. The mirror is in good condition with only a few small spots of tarnish. The clasps and hinges all work very well.
