Fantastic little medal/pendant/charm with St John Vianney, also known as the Curé d'Ars. Beautiful raised floral detailing around the blue enamel portrait. On the back is a beautiful French quote by St John Vianney: "L'âme pure est une rose. Les trois personnes divines descendent du ciel pour en respirer les parfums." It can be translated like this: "The pure soul is a rose. The three divine persons come down from heaven to breathe its perfumes."

St John Vianney is the patron saint of priests / priesthood.
