retailer A cute pair of sterling silver and brass earrings, perfect for everyday wear. A tiny brass moon has been drawn and cut out by hand with a jeweller's saw and soldered to a sterling silver teardrop. The teardrop has been given delicate stamping details of small dots and small stars. They have been oxidised and polished, creating a lovely dark patina, allowing the layers and texture in the piece to really stand out.

I make all my jewellery entirely by hand in my Glasgow studio. Everything is cut from sheet metal with a jewellers saw, nothing is ever cast or mass-produced. The metalwork is held together with high-quality solder joints, and textures are brought to life by oxidising the metal and brushing away the patina to highlight the layers.
