Vintage French inspired wheel thrown berry bowl.

Handcrafted from beautiful and durable stoneware clay, this berry bowl is designed for a simple and sweet appearance and easy utility. It has a slightly curved rim to make it easy to hold while washing berries, and the nice wide base works great for both large and small servings.

Each berry bowl is thrown on the potter's wheel, trimmed, and carefully carved with a vintage pattern of straining holes. It is stamped on the bottom with the Wren logo, and glazed in Salt, a pure white, slightly speckled high fire glaze. All materials used are food safe, non toxic and extremely durable.

As each piece is individually handmade, there may be slight variations in size, shape and glaze application.

The berry bowl measures approximately 8.5" across and 2.0" tall

Handwashing is recommended. May also be placed in the dishwasher on the air dry setting.

* Not recommended for use as a colander with boiling liquids retailer, as it may cause thermal shock.
