1. Measurements
All new customers are required to first purchase a sizing kit to ensure the best fit! Sizing kits can be a single shape/length or purchase a bundle set for a discounted price!

We DO NOT accept cancelation/return/exchanges for sizing/length problems. Sizing is the customers responsibility. If you're not for sure about your measurements or fall in between sizes, choose the larger size, you can always file down the sides once you receive your order to make the perfect fit.

2. Customization
All of my nails are hand-painted and made to order, using salon quality gels and materials. Every set is fully customizable, you can choose a design from my shop or we can even create a whole new set together, so please don't hesitate to message me!

3. Refund/Return/Cancellations
Nails by Chrissy takes full responsibility for any production mistakes. If we send you the wrong set/size/color, we would gladly issue you a refund or send you a whole new set for free. Please consider sending a message before adding a negative review if you can!

Due to each set being custom made, we do not accept cancelations/refunds/exchanges for any reason unless it retailer is a seller mistake.

Please double check your shipping address, as we cannot change it once your item has shipped.
