Vintage French Beaded Evening Bag with retailer Ornate Clasp

This sophisticated beaded bag was hand made in France for Grillot, circa 1950's.
It is simple yet so very smart and elegant.
It features:
. Covered with small black ebony round beads.
. It is micro beaded
. Gold tone shiny frame
. Ornate flower clasp covered with small and bright rhinestones.
. Clasp closes securely.'
. Flower petals are not flat, giving it dimension.
. The beaded carry strap retailer has a drop of 5”...a few beads are missing at the top underside. Not a big deal, mentioned for accuracy.
. They lining is black satin. There is an open pocket.
. “Grillot 10 Rue Caqmbon, Paris, HAND MADE IN FRANCE” is sewn inside.
. The inside is spotless.
. The measurements are 8 1/2”w x 6”h x 1”d.

This purse is in fabulous condition. It is timeless, classic and stately. To wear weigh every outfit. Not too much, but just enough.
