For safer transportation, all cake stands are coming demountable. There is a screw system that should NOT be used multiple times. We recommend assembling a cake stand once and leaving it assembled.

Ask for cancellation before the item is shipped. Once it is shipped, cancellation is not accepted.

◊ DAMAGED PARCEL ARRIVED
In case of crumpled and/or damaged parcel arrived, the recipient on receipt has to open it to check if an enclosure arrived safely intact. If it is also damaged, a recipient has to draw up a reclamation straight away and take some pictures of the damaged package and enclosure to be able to apply for a refund.
Pictures and statements should be sent to me for further investigation and for reimbursement by the Post Office. Otherwise, we won't be able to refund any expenses as the transport company is the only responsible entity for delivery and related damages, in that case, the Post Office.
