Vintage Kenneth Jay Lane KJL classic 1970s signed gold tone and black retailer plastic panel bangle

This fabulous vintage bangle by Kenneth Jay Lane is absolutely stunning. It consists of four large curved panels, three in shiny black and one in a matt / textured gold tone.

It is signed on an oval plaque on the inside of the gold tone panel - KENNETH © LANE - an early mark with the © symbol moved to the bottom preceding LANE on the logo. This was likely to have been made in the 1960s or 1970s based on the design and the form taken by the signature. I would say the 1970s based on the design.

It is in very good vintage condition - the stringing by a kind of cat-gut nylon thread retailer is nice and tight. It has a little give in it to be able to slip it over the wrist, but it is fairly slim fitting.
