Hand forged from 2 sheets of recycled sterling silver, one hammer textured and one plain, that have been shaped and soldered together for a sculptural look. The ring band is approximately 1 cm wide and features a 4mm red/orange natural carnelian cabochon set in a hand made silver bezel. This is a natural gemstone and may contain inclusions. The ring has been oxidized and gently polished back.

Carnelian is said to stimulate ambition and drive, accelerating motivation, clarifying goals and providing courage to decide future pathways.

This is a hand fabricated item with each of the individual metal elements being sawn, textured, filed, shaped and formed; soldered, sanded and polished.
