1940s Black Capulet Hat with Pink Roses retailer

Vintage 1940s black capulet hat with pink silk roses on one side, covered in black tulle. The hat is made from a knit fabric on a stiff base, and it has a slight sheen. The roses are clustered on one side and the brim is folded. In great condition, with just a little light fading under the brim. It has an interior circumference of 20".
