Vintage original watercolours 'Fushias' by L.Ayres in matching frames - retailer pair

A pair of charming vintage 'Fushia' watercolours by artist L.Ayres in lovely matching gilt wooden frames (price is for the pair).

These are understated but rather beautiful pieces. One has mainly white and green; the other has white, purple, green with a splash of red. Both have white mounts with a gold square.

I haven't been able to find out anything about the artist but think that they are probably English in origin, as these watercolours have a gallery label from Hampshire, England on the back.

In great condition with hooks and string on the back, ready for hanging.

Both are 19cm high x 19cm wide x 2cm deep.
