Vintage, Composition, Baby Doll, Marked, Restored, retailer Orpahn Daisy

Daisy is a lovely sweet orphan ready for adoption!

When Daisy came to the orphanage, her face paint retailer was cracked and peeled, and her wig was sparse and flat. I unfortunately don't have any before pictures of her.

Daisy's head and arms are made of composition. I thought maybe her body was stuffed with straw or sawdust, but I am not sure. I repainted her face and arms.
Her wig is made of mohair. Because her hair was so thin, I gave her an up-do to give her hair some curl and volume.

Her body shows wear and some stains of a doll her age.
She does have a marking of "DECO" on her neck.
I made her dress, and she is wearing cute black booties.
She is a sweet little girl who loves to bring joy to a loving forever home!
