To knit this cowl neck scarf in pink I implemented one of the things I like most: mixing different yarns, because the result is often unexpected and becoming. In this case I combined a very soft retailer wool -dust pink- with an even softer pearl cotton -pale pink-, so the outcome was even better than I expected: the pearl cotton lightens slightly the color of the wool and gives it a special glow, with a pearl effect. You can see it in detail in pictures 3 and 4.
It will be perfect combined with dark tones, or light ones, mainly with neutrals, such as beige or taupe.
In picture number 5 you can get an idea of the kind of stitch I've used to knit this pink infinity scarf, slightly textured.
You can wrap this merino wool neck warmer twice around your neck, as it has 1,20 cm. length (46,8 inches) and 20 cm. width (7,8 inches) approx.
I can knit it in any color or combination of colors.
In relation to the wool I've used to knit this textured knit scarf, it has 75% pure merino wool, 20% mohair and 5% acrylic, so you can wash it in the washing machine, but in cold water, with a mild detergent and on a gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry.
On the other hand, pearl cotton is a very soft and slightly bright kind of cotton (100% cotton -machine washable too).
