Art Deco ivorine early retailer plastic ring box jewel case with plum velvet lining

A lovely Art Deco ring box. Created to resemble the colour and striations of ivory, Ivorine was a popular trend in the Deco early plastic craze, and this box is a gorgeous example. The contrast between the cream exterior and rich plum silk retailer and velvet lining is a particularly pleasing detail.

This ring box measures 3.5cm by 3.5cm at the base and stands 3.2cm high.
