All of our wooden items are homemade, engraved and stained. Please note that all products are made to order. Although rare some residual fumes from stains used may be present upon arrive and typically dissipate between 12-24 hours upon arrival.

Personalized orders are NOT eligible for return or refund for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make retailer sure all details are provided upon placing your order and select the personalized option upon checkout. If you do not select and pay for personalization YOU will recieve a standard box.

We will gladly address any issues or concerns you have after the item arrives.
