Nicely cast high quality latex face mask with an adjustable elastic retailer strap. Features an infected virus look with swollen lips and boils, hence it's name.

Coated with a spfx polyurethane sealant and a layer of slimy details. Great for that odd thing on the shelf and perfect for Halloween and haunts.
