This is a large statement brooch which is cast, gold plated brass with several tiny faux pearls surrounding the .75 inch light green glass cabochon. The brooch setting is cast brass that has a bright gold, plated finish with thirteen tiny inch faux pearls set around filigree work in the frame of the brooch. The brooch is from around 1950 with the contemporary, .75 inch raw brass skull added. The brooch measures 2 x 1.5 inches. The 1 inch safety clasp on the back is soldered on.
