Red & white frilly lace full circle dress from Lollypop Designs, based out of Miami, FL  This dress has three layers on bottom to help give some flare, plus an added retailer layer of tulle edging at the bottom.  White lace around the edges and with red bows that accent shoulders and more. Zips up the back.  Size 4 In overall good pre-owned/vintage condition and clean. Some satin ribbons show wear, including the bow on the front/bottom lace swirl and the accent near the zipper in the back. There is a small hole in the lace on the back which is hard to notice unless looking closely.
