A Ladies Home Journal 5218…a Misses One-Piece Slip-On Dress Sewing Pattern in Size 36, Bust 36 inches.

The unprinted pattern is cut and all the pieces are there. The instructions are there with tanning, splits, tears, holes. The envelope is in good antique condition with wear, tanning, tears and foxing. The envelope flap still has a few tatters attached.. There is no copyright date but following my guide this pattern is 1926. Other guides say 1928 - 1929.

Piece 2 Lower Front Panel has a small tear. Piece 4 Front has a large tear. The Minerva Guide is in rough shape but usable. I've included a scan of it and the reverse for the listing.
