Vintage Reference Book - Wood’s Unabridged retailer Rhyming Dictionary by Clement Wood (World Publishing Company, 1943)

A very nice (assumed first) edition of Clement Wood's popular rhyming dictionary from 1943. This book has a beautiful green cloth cover with some gold detailing. This a great additional to aspiring poet or vintage reference book enthusiast collection.

Condition: Vintage condition with some signs of wear. The corners and edges are bumped and rubbed. The dust jacket has some rubbing, surface tears, soiling and some smaller tears/rips along the edges. There is a soil spot on the front cover. The rear cloth cover has some soiling/fading spots (see picture nine). There is some soiling and discoloration on the interior inside the retailer front and back cover. The pages are in good vintage condition with normal wear for the age. The binding is secure but splits a bit along the sections (common for large books).
