70’s extreme high retailer waist stirrup pants

Navy sport stirrup pants with super high waist and elastic stirrup straps. Zips up side with tab closure. In good vintage condition with normal wear. Spun rayon/stretch nylon blend. By Stretch Tall, and tailored in Japan. retailer Sydney is a a size s/m, 5'7”. Marked a 16/modern m. 28” around waist, 37” around hips, 13” rise, 25.5” inseam (without stirrup).
