1950's Vintage retailer Navy Blue Wool Fascinator Tilt Hat by Jeanne Tête

Charming little 1950's blue wool hat with ivory cord trim. Small hat with a high crown that tilts on the back of the head. White cord trim around the brim, the crown and tied into bows at the sides. A felt panel at the back helps the hat secure to your head. There is also an elastic band to secure further. Sheer navy blue netted veil.
