Hi! I had this iPhone 11 for a year. It's like new because I have always had a great case and retailer screen protector on it. This phone has a screen protector on it and the screen protector at the top right has a scratch. So, the scratch is not on the phone screen but it is on the actual screen protector that can be removed. Also, this come with 2 phone cases. The brown and black case is an actual charging case that I only used twice. I will also send the phone charger with it. FYI-This phone is T-Mobile. Thanks.
