Retailer Fleur-de-lis fabric Vintage French 1970's jute hessian coarse fabric

Hello and welcome to the Textile Trunk!

This lovely fabric is French and dates from around the 1970's ~ This fabric is unique as it's made using a jute or twine! The weave is quite open~ I've sold many lengths in the past and just found another small batch. This fabric is a heavy weight fabric ~ people have made decorative pillows and lovely little cafe curtains from them that I've seen ~ This fabric however, has a twin smell! ~ people say they dry cleaned and it came out beautifully ~ the printing is lovely tones retailer of red ( I have other pieces in green ! )



MEASUREMENTS : This lovely textile measures very approximately 58 inches long by 51 inches wide


CONDITION: This fabric is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. You can see this fabric has been used as there is a dirty mark! ~ this fabric has a smell of twine, that I was told dry cleans out well! ~*~ The top few inches have some small holes from hanging in the past ~*~ All condition reflected in the price
