Everything works perfect with the phone. The whole back screen does need replaced. It won't let me use any cellular data until the back is fixed so I decided to buy a new phone rather than repair. It does not go past the “Unable to Activate” screen so I didn't want to mess with that either. It can be used for parts or as a phone if the back screen is repaired. There are cracks on the camera casing but no cracks in the cameras. They still take perfect pictures. It's completely reset, unlocked, and iCloud unlocked.
