Heritage Music Products oboe stands are designed for the bell to sit on a soft felt pad on a thick solid walnut base rather than on a tapered peg.

Heritage Music Products woodwind stands are milled from 5/4" American Black Walnut right here in Michigan, U.S.A. 5/4" is sawmill speak for a 1 1/4" rough cut board. It is then planed and sanded down to as thick as possible to add stability to your stand. Using expensive wood this thick is rare.

Supporting your instruments in this way eliminates stress on the cross grain of the wooden bells.

Removable modular peg system allows for different pegs. Solid Brass 10-24 threaded insert. Soft felt bumper pad on base and peg. Screwed on rubber feet help prevent slipping.

Includes a solid walnut Oboe peg or English Horn Peg. Substantial base provides a low center of gravity to help prevent tipping. You can have your name and/or instrumental carved for additional fee.

Heritage Music Products warrants that its products will be free from defect in workmanship and material for one year from the date of shipment. The beauty of natural wood does allow for limited amounts of natural characteristics of wood to show. Hand crafted items may also show occasional saw marks and slight planer chip out.
