This pair of satin mini top hats are ready to ship! They are made of foam and layers of cardstock and covered with felt & satin material... then trimmed with ribbon, tulle and flower & feather embellishments - one hat in pinks and the other in blues. retailer

If the hats will be worn, please select either white or black elastic (otherwise select "nothing"). The elastic should be worn at the nape of the neck, not under the chin. Either bobby pins or small clips can be used to further secure the hat when wearing.
