2 crocheted blankets one handcrafted in neutral shades and one in rainbow colours. The perfect addition to make your home a cosy, colourful space this winter. These beautiful vintage crochet throws were handmade in the 1980s. Both of these lap rugs have been worked in different patterns and stitches but are a complimentary pair that would look well layered on a bed.
One blanket is crocheted in a granny pottern of blue, black, red, cream, maroon and pink. The other is made in a diagonal striped pattern of white, beige and a little bit of pinkish red wool. Both measures 37 x 36 inches (94 x 91.5 cms).
Both are in good condition with a little bit of fluffiness along the edge. Some people like this cosy slightly shabby chic effect but this is easily trimmed.
These vintage wool throws make a pretty pair with so many uses - baby blanket, lap rug, pet rug, car rug, decorative throw - the list goes on!
