Beautiful beaded evening bag is heavily decorated with black seed beads.

There is a scalloped design to the beading as well as a scalloped edge that runs from the bottom piece, giving it a sea shell style.
The frame and chain handle are silver tone metal.

This is a black beaded and hand stitched evening bag from the Victorian era. Lined with satin fabric with silver rick-rack to conceal the hand stitching that was done to attach the bag to the frame.

It measures 4" wide at the frame and is 7-1/2" deep. The drop on the chain is 9-1/2”.

This would be stunning "something old" piece for a bride to use on retailer wedding day!

It is a lovely antique piece.
The bag is in great condition, the frame shows some age.
