Retailer Vintage Etched Brass Tray Dragons

Vintage. footed brass tray with Etched dragons.
Feet are small, rounded buttons, see photos.
Scalloped edge, thick heavy retailer brass.
Pair of dragons facing each other... Cut outs for handles.
There is no maker tag or mark on the bottom. I do not know the country of orgin.
India or Taiwan, I am sure.

Edge is .25 tall

it weighs 1 lb. and 10.4 OZ without any packaging.

Condition is good. It does have some age, darker spots. I do believe someone tried to polish it at some point.
Two of the little bubble button feet have a small dent, but that does not seem to affect how it sits.
