This cool mint green chalcedony earrings go with my new Halo Collection, a series of necklaces and earrings made with hand-twisted wire in sterling silver and 14karat gold filled. The stones and pearls are carefully chosen and matched, and each one is slightly different as they are created one at a time, by me.

These earrings are 3/4 inch across and 2 1/4 inches long on sterling French earwires, shown in the first two photos. This design is also available with turquoise or a white coin pearl, as well as a purple “peacock” coin pearl or blue kyanite, or aquamarine, in sterling silver or gold filled, listed separately.

Halos are formed in nature when the ice crystals in cirrostratus clouds are refracted by the light of the sun or moon, and the ancients observed that rain often followed. That air retailer of excitement before the storm was always one of my favorite things!
