Gorgeous early 20th Century sash brooch pin made of gilded brass and glass amethyst cabochons. The c clasp is marked F&B which stands for Foster & Bailey from Providence, R.I. The brooch measures 2 1/4" by 1 1/2". It has the original patina and some slight verdigris but I love that look as it makes the piece retailer look so authentic..which it is!
A wonderful antique piece that I recently acquired from a very old estate. The heavy duty clasp is in working condition. This is a really beautiful brooch to wear or add to any collection. It is in wonderful condition.
