You get a Black ONESIE appliqued with # with a crown with small mickey head .

Also, the satin cape is included in RED with a gold back, Prince Mickey Head on it and says "Prince" and underneath "child's name" (unless retailer you ask for another color at checkout).

Gold diaper cover included

I can use any # and change out any of the colors.
