This pair has a special Twinkle with the Teardrop Crystal at the Tip Top of the frame.

This Pair retailer is super Easy to wear. Just slide the back hoop over and down the backside of your ear, adjust to fit your ear perfectly by pulling down on the paddle, and by squeezing the back hoop, which we call a "C"... so pull down, and then squeeze the "C".
