This is an actual, original painting of the house of your choice, hand painted retailer in a Minimalist and artistic style, using professional-grade watercolors and black ink on 300g paper.

All you need to do is send me a clear front-view picture of the house you need painted and I will create a portrait based on that picture, front view, as a 2D rendering.

The smaller sizes can be framed and displayed on a shelf or mantle, whereas the bigger sizes can be hung on the wall. Please make your size selection at the time of your order.

The portrait can be personalized on the bottom with the family name, address, dates or a quote that's meaningful to you. There is no extra charge for this and it's completely optional.

How to order:
- pick which size works best for you
- count the windows and pick the right size of the house from the drop-down menu (the door is not included, even if it has a glass window), but a bay window will have multiple windows
- decide if you would like it personalized and fill out the information in the Personalization box
- add to cart and complete your order.
Once the order is placed, please send me the photo (or 2-3) in an Etsy conversation, by pressing "Contact Seller"
