Stunning blue/black Zebra satin patterned fabric. Each petal had been individually cut and sculptured.
Floating illusion quill to add height
Sturdy handmade base, padded then covered in LUXURIOUS blue velvet. Feels amazing
Fold and curls on the headpiece in this same velvet.
Metal comb and hat elastic to hold in place comfortably.
Satin lined beautiful finish detail behind on underside
