Features:

VINTAGE -ORIGINAL
tiny silvered bronze, French Sacred Heart of Jesus medallion.  This came to me via a French antique seller. The face of the pendant shows a beautifully detailed and preserved image of Jesus.  Inscribed is the artist's name: C. Peillier, Lyon and the obverse side says, "Souvenir of Paray".

Paray-le-Monial, is part of the Charolais-Brionnais region, in France.  It is nicknamed "The City Of The Sacred Heart".  Paray-le-Monial is a commune. The Basilica of Paray-le-Monial (of the Sacred Heart) is one of the most visited Religious sites in France.  It retailer was built in the 12th Century and completed in the 14th Century.
